Terms of Service
Effective date: April 30, 2026
Wiremark ("we", "us", or "our") provides a browser-based wireframing tool at this website. By using Wiremark you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Wiremark is currently in public beta and is provided free of charge. The tool runs entirely in your browser — no account is required and no diagram content is sent to our servers unless you explicitly use a shareable-link feature. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of any diagrams, DSL code, or other content you create with Wiremark. We do not claim any license to your content. Because diagrams are encoded in the URL and processed client-side, we do not store your content on our servers.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Scrape or harvest data from the service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand how the service is used. These cookies are only set if you explicitly accept them via the consent banner shown on your first visit. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies and local storage. Our full cookie disclosure is in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Wiremark name, logo, and website design are our property. The core rendering library is open source — see the repository for its license. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond what is expressly granted.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
